We are a team of researchers based at the Department of Energy and Technology at SLU with a common interest in food systems. We are working with research and teaching related to accomplishing a more sustainable food system. We use a range of methods to evaluate environmental and social aspects of food production and consumption.
Our aim is to highlight problems and provide solutions that can help transition food systems to sustainably provide healthy food for future generations.
We deliver a course Prospects and challenges for sustainable food systems in the master’s programme Sustainable Food Systems.
