We’ll be going to the EAAP annual meeting in Tallinn, Estonia https://eaap2017.org in the end of August and present talks from our research.
One will be on ‘Key components for a sustainable entomophagy industry’ and in the session “Safety, regulatory, environmental issues and consumer acceptance of insects” 31/8 in the morning.

Fantastic, our project ”Eating crickets – an appetising solution for today’s global problems” got funding from Formas! During the 5 coming years we will investigate the conditions, the potential and risks with rearing house crickets for human consumption.
